Sukat is built and run by a small team that reads everything. There's no support ticket queue, no chat bot, no canned reply — emails go to a person. Most replies arrive within 1–3 business days.

Things we can't help with

If you're using a downstream service that re-compresses our output (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn) and the result looks blurrier than expected, that's their compression — not ours. We document this on the relevant landing pages and recommend pre-compression strategies, but we can't override their behaviour.

If a government portal rejects your photo despite Sukat's output meeting the documented spec, the spec may have changed between cycles. Always cross-check the current notification on the official portal before submitting.

Other ways

Sukat's day-to-day operations live mostly in email. We don't run support DMs on social platforms, but follow / mention us if there's a public account to share. The fastest reliable channel is always hello@sukatapp.com.
