Things we can't help with
Two recurring ones worth heading off — they're outside what Sukat controls.
Downstream re-compression
If a service that re-compresses our output (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn) makes the result look blurrier than expected, that's their compression — not ours. We document this on the relevant landing pages and recommend pre-compression strategies, but we can't override their behaviour.
Portal spec changes
If a government portal rejects a photo despite Sukat's output meeting the documented spec, the spec may have changed between cycles. Always cross-check the current notification on the official portal before submitting.

No support DMs on social
