Ask us directly
One email is all this takes. Copy the template so we can look the purchase up on the first reply instead of the second.
Write from the address you paid with if you still have it. If you don’t, tell us what that address was and we’ll match it to the purchase.
- There is nothing to reset and nothing to expire in the meantime.
- A person reads it — no ticket queue, no bot in the middle.
- We resend the same key. Your activations stay as they are.
Subject: Lost licence key The email I paid with: ______ Roughly when I bought it: ______ Name on the card or PayPal: ______ Order number, if I still have it: ______
Any two of these is usually enough. The order number alone is instant.
Three places it’s usually hiding
Worth ninety seconds before you write — most keys turn up in the first one.
Search for Lemon Squeezy, not Sukat
The receipt comes from our payment provider, so searching your inbox for “Sukat” finds nothing. This is what almost everyone misses.
from:lemonsqueezy Spam and the promotions tab
Receipts from payment providers get filed as marketing more often than they should. Check both, and any rule that auto-archives receipts.
A machine you already activated
If Pro is live on another computer or Chrome profile, the key is printed in the extension panel under the ⋮ menu — no email needed.
Trickier cases
Write from whatever address you have and tell us the old one, plus the name on the card or PayPal account. We can match a purchase on that and move it to your new address.
Send us the two or three it could plausibly be. Checking a handful of addresses takes us a moment and saves the back-and-forth.
Ask them to forward the receipt to you, or to email us and cc you. We won't send a key to a third address without a word from whoever paid — that protection is the reason this is safe at all.
Keys don't expire, and nothing on our side switches one off — the only thing that stops a key is a refund on that purchase. If Pro has stopped working on a machine that had it, that's a different problem: say so in the email and we'll look at that instead of resending.
Please don't. Email us instead — recovering the one you own takes a day at most, and if you've already bought twice by accident, tell us and we'll refund the second one.
